On top of a hill on the SE side of Lake Coeur d'Alene, is a cell phone tower disguised as a Pine tree. The whole hillside is covered with evergreen trees, and the only way to tell the difference between the real ones and the fake one (without looking really close), is that the fake one sticks up twice as tall as all the others.
You can see the cell tower for a long distance while driving along the I90. The coordinates that I chose take you to a nice lookout facing the tower at Higgens Point. There are even some binoculars on poles here to look through.
TREES ONLY: Pine
OTHER TYPES OF DISGUISED TOWERS: Not listed
