NEW (1978) DESCRIPTION FOLLOWS-- THE STATION IS LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY OF MR. HUGH PREAS, 1301 BUFFALO ST., JOHNSON CITY, TENN., 102 FEET EAST OF THE CENTERLINE OF BUFFALO ST., 105 FEET NORTH OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF A 2 STORY STUCCO HOUSE AND 15 FEET SOUTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF A PAVED DRIVE. THE MONUMENT IS FLUSH AND THE DISK IS STAMPED SMATHERS 1933.
