This WWII Memorial is a part of the Veterans Memorial Park in Saginaw, Michigan. The Veterans Memorial Park includes flagpoles, engraved pavers and separate monuments to several wars.

The monument is a light limestone. The upper part is engraved, and the lower wings include plaques to list all who died in WWII. An engraved copper bas relief is in the center of the bottom.
The plaque on the Reads:
"Dedicated to the memory of those who gave their lives that we might live in freedom.
The Saginaw Exchange Club
May 30, 1944"
The inscription reads:
"Erected to God and in Honor of those men and women if Saginaw County who gave their lives in WWII and all other wars"
The plaques list the names of all who died in WWII
