1967 Description: 3.2 MI NE FROM CHURCH HILL. ABOUT 3.25 MILES NORTHEAST ALONG THE SOUTHERN RAILWAY COMPANY RAILROAD FROM THE STATION AT CHURCH HILL, 0.35 MILE NORTHEAST OF MILEPOST 51, 7 1/2 FEET NORTHWEST OF THE NORTHWEST RAIL OF THE TRACK, SET IN THE TOP OF THE NORTHWEST END OF THE NORTHEAST CONCRETE ABUTMENT OF A RAILROAD OVERPASS FOR HAMMOND AVENUE, 7 INCHES NORTHWEST OF A PIPE RAILING, AND ABOUT 1 1/2 FEET BELOW THE LEVEL OF THE TRACK.

When getting improved photograph (5-6 megapixal instead of 0.25), an official muggle received a phone call about someone up on the tracks, thus was questioned once I finished taking pictures in the area. He cited that the location was next to the Holston military base.
