Sumner Illinois Water Tower - Water Towers on Waymarking.com

Sumner is located in south central Illinois. At the base of the tower is Sumner City Hall. It's rumored that the painters spelled Summer instead of SUMNER on the side of the tower and had to correct it. They say if you look real close you can make it out. We have a population of 1100. We will soon be growing by 2000 people thanks to the new super prison. It's a great place to visit or be incarcerated.
