Long Description:
The Clarkia Trail leads from a safe pullout along Canada Road into Edgewood Park and Preserve. It traverses a south-facing slope to meet the Serpentine Loop - which circles the ridge top of the park. The trail gets its name from the wildflower clarkias which bloom here in late spring.
The park is open from 8AM daily, closing hours vary with the season (and are posted at the trailhead). Trails are open to hikers and horses but not bicycles.
