Stopped for another orange witness post to find an AZ mark. Learning that these are generally several hundred feet from a control/survey mark. Kingsport placed many of these during the intensive GIS survey completed.

Your Directions:
From I-81 Exit 56, head northwest on Kendericks Creek and then immediately left/south on Cox Hollow Road. Proceed through the stop sign onto Snapps Ferry Road. AZ mark is on left/east side of road. Parking is very limited as no real road shoulder.
