DANGEROUS! In the median of an interstate highway. Completely pull off shoulder. DO NOT cross in front of traffic as at 70 mph, the vehicles are coming faster than you expect.

On Interstate 81 south of Exit 57. Best to either pull into inside median - or park off the shoulder short of the north bound I-81 exit onto south bound I-26. Disk is located in the median with an orange witness post.
