FOR 1.00 MILE TO 22 AVE. N. STATION ON RIGHT, IN THE S.E. CORNER, 37.5 FT. EAST OF CENTERLINE OF 49TH ST., 40.8 FT. SOUTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF 22 AVE. N., 35.0 FT. N.W. OF A 18 INCH OAK TREE, 6.4 FT. N.W. OF A CONCRETE SIGNAL LIGHT POLE (NO NUMBER). SET IN THE TOP OF A CONCRETE POST THAT IS FLUSH WITH THE GROUND. SECTION 16, T 31, R 16.
