This school was once school #12 for Raleigh Township, before that township was amalgamated into what is today called Chatham-Kent.
The school is now used as a community hall, and the school identification is fading. One interesting feature is the bricks on the south east facade - (presumably) students have etched the bricks with their names and other messages. Plenty of markings to explore here.
