Menele Bay is a the access point on the island of Lanai for the ferry from Lahaina, Maui, and frequent excursion boats. Though actually privately owned, this beach is maintained for public use. Great beach, hiking to Seal Point, and well maintained

Access to this gem of a beach is about a 1/4 mile walk from the boat docking area at Menele Small Boat Harbor across an isthmus to the beach on the other side. The head of the isthmus is Seal Point. The hike up to the point is a little steep on red dirt trails, but the view is spectacular! There is are a couple of geocaches there, too. The coordinates are taken at the beach sign near the beginning of the access trail.
