This circa 1904 building was designed by William A. Cann. It was built for the Beethoven Conservatory, a school of music and dance. The building is a Classical Revival design with an interesting terra cotta frieze featuring a detailed chariot procession. The building was added the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.
