Rafter's the ice cream stand carried many of the same sights of this location when it was a gas station. Two old gas pumps adorned the pump island with a tire propped up for display in the center. Alas, the for sale sign on the front of the building seems to say it all. Still, it's a grand, old station on Route 5, a scenic, shoreline drive from Erie, Pennsylvania through Buffalo and beyond.
