?Paul Newport, owner of the successful Benewah Dairy Company, built two of these milk bottle structures in 1935 as creamery outlets for the dairy. Both are still standing and this one on Cedar is currently privately owned. For a real treat visit the milk bottle on Garland Ave and sit inside for lunch.

This structure was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.
