Type of Memorial: Multi-War Memorial Wars mentioned (Multi-war only): World War I World War II In Honor Of: the men of Curry County who mad the supreme sacrifice Marker Text: See long description above Date of dedication: 1948 Who Put it Here?: Not given Description of Memorial: These are two simple bronze plaques mounted in the stair abutments of the Curry County Courthouse Since this courthouse was not constructed until 1958, the plaques were apparently remounted from there original location, possibly the old courthouse built in 1912.
