Memorial Day weekend (May 21-25, 2009) festival at a park on the Ohio River is devoted to Beatles themed music. Sponsors are Louisville's Courier-Journal newspaper and Galt House. Tickets are $100-180 for the long weekend depending on degree of access.

The photo is part of the boardwalk. The various stages are set up in this area for the rotating bands to perform.
