This shelter is located on Montanna Ave & Franklin Ave. in Flint
This shelter is all closed up. It has one sign on it, in decent condition. It still shows it's capacity number. Capacity of this shelter is 80. It also has the "IN BASEMENT" overlay on the sign.I will add more information on this shelter when it becomes available.
