This flashing light is powered by a solar panel and only operates during daylight hours. It is about 15 feet high, with one 5' X 4' panel, slightly askew, at the top. There are two flashing lights housed in yellow, metal tubes which blink intermittently. The warning lights reside between the sidewalk and street, directly in front of the original structure which makes up Magnolia Public School.
Type of system: Photovoltaic (electrical)
