The coordinates are for the front door to the Museum, You must pay the museum entry fee to get access to the solar system model. The display goes along the rail the upper floor.

The sign says:
"Along the railing there are circles indicating the positions of the planets in our solar system and their distance from the sun. There is also a line of circles that light up as a beam of light travels out from the sun."
