The photo coordinates best matched near a Visitors' Parking sign. There are at least two stamps with this image, thus another waymark could be posted in the future by someone else.
Norris Dam is named after Senator George W. Norris of Nebraska who supported the legislation which created the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), thus is honored on this four cent stamp.
