War Memorial Plaza is the open public space in front of the War Memorial Building, built in 1925, on the Tennessee State Capitol Complex Grounds. The plaza is located between 6th and 7th Avenues just South of the Capitol Building on Charlotte Ave.

The original building was a memorial to the Great War from 1914-1916. Additional monuments for the Korean War, Vietnam Veterens, Civil War Mothers, Police, and WWII sailors from the USS Nashville have been added since then.
