Description of Phillip's Project:
Simply stated, an Eagle Scout project requires that a Life Scout, plan, develop, and give leadership to others
in a service project helpful to your religious institution, school, or your community. Phillip developed and implemented a plan to repair and reinstall the "Welcome to Ruckersville" sign that was removed due to recent utility work at the corner of Routes 29 & 33 in Ruckersville, VA. Phillip had a goal of completing his project prior to the reenactment of the Battle of Stanardsville that is scheduled for September 21, 2007.
