Observed this control point while visiting existing nearby waymarks. The witness post has "109 Reset" written on it, but the actual reset disk was not stamped. Confirmed "Station Number: 109 Reset" with the official Johnson City descriptions, but not the coordinates as the geodetic listing was not given. Parking readily available nearby.
Condition: Mark found in good condition
