Set just off a well traveled walking\biking trail and adjacent to a TVA spillway and with in only a few hundred feet of a TVA Survey Marker itself. (http://www.waymarking.com/waymarks/WM39PB)
The signs have recenlty been replaced. The marker is in excellent condition and sitting directly in the middle of the two bearing trees.
