Long Description:
The case went all the way to the Supreme Court. It was based on the Interstate Commerce Clause of the Constitution and because the ribs were coming from Arkansas, Ollie's was interfering with interstate commerce regardless of the scale. Ollie's lost the case and Civil Rights won out.
