DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1972 (JCL) THE STATION IS THE LIGHT ATOP AND CENTER OF A GUYED, STEEL TRUSS-WORK OWNED BY PINELLAS RADIO CORPORATION. IT IS THE SOUTH ONE OF TWO IDENTICAL MAST, PAINTED ALTERNATELY RED AND WHITE AND APPROXIMATELY 340 FEET HIGH. THE MAST IS LOCATED IN PINELLAS PARK, 0.4 MILE NORTH OF STATE ROUTE 694 AND 0.1 MILE EAST OF 98TH STREET.
