New (2008) Panera Bread location offers free WiFi to customers. (Okay, maybe not free as you have to buy something to be a customer.) Have regularly seen 1-3 people each visit taking advantage of the service. Lunchtime traffic (including Sundays) is still very high. Not certain on range outside of the restaurant, but probably at least the patio.
