An exceptionally nice cenotaph honouring those who fell in wars that Canada was involved in. First one I've seen that included the Boer War. While standing there taking photographs and fixing the waypoint, an older gentleman pulled up, curious as to what I was doing. Satisfied with my explanation, he pointed out where the Legion secretary lived and invited me to stay in town for a turkey supper at the curling rink!! Good old Saskatchewan rural hospitality!!
