Located next to a very busy 7-Eleven and a busy street corner (Lake Forest & Trabuco) AND there is a Gas station here too... makes for a busy spot.
We used to grab sandwiches from here when we lived "just up the road a piece".
This store shares a building with the 7-Eleven. There is "strip-mall" type stuff on the other side of the parking lot. But they are clearly separated.
