PB0464 - USCGS L369 RESET, Oregon - U.S. Benchmarks on Waymarking.com

This benchmark is located along Cascade Lakes Highway about 14 miles SW of Bend. The cap is set in concrete post about 60 feet north of the highway centerline. The cap was set by the U.S. Coast & Geodetic Survey in 1963 and was marked L369 RESET.

DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1963. 14.5 MILES WEST ALONG CENTURY DRIVE FROM THE POST OFFICE AT BEND, DESCHUTES COUNTY, 0.75 MILE WEST OF WOOD ROAD 7, 78 FEET EAST OF A TRACK ROAD LEADING NORTH, 58 FEET NORTH OF THE CENTER OF THE HIGHWAY, 0.5 FOOT WEST OF A METAL WITNESS POST, AND SET IN THE TOP OF A 12-INCH SQUARE CONCRETE MONUMENT THAT PROJECTS 6 INCHES.
