This vertical control mark is located along the Cascade Lakes Highway, about 8 miles southwest of Bend. The cap is set in a round concrete post, about 100 feet north of the highway centerline. The cap was set by the National Geodetic Survey in 1981 and was marked T369 RESET. The original T369 still exists and is near the right of way edge of clearing only 40 feet north of the highway centerline.
