Quick Description: The Semmeringbahn was build in 1854 by Carl Freiherr Ritter von Ghega. In this time the technical challenge to build a railway over the Semmering mountain was very hard. Because of this reason the whole railway was elevated to a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1998.

Semmering.
