This statue makes kids of all ages want to join in!

This bronze statue shows the happiness of children as they play together. The ring is actually not complete. There is a space big enough for someone to clasp hands, and if they are not actually going in circles, well, they can at least imagine it!

The person who made the piece is Gary Price. The web site lists many of his creations all over the country. Neither this site, nor the site of the sponsors, the Needham Business Association (NBA), have a date. The web site did say that the Needham Community Revitalization Trust Fund (NCRTF) was started in 1999 and there is a picture of the statue on the same page, so the statue is likely after 1999.

Needham Common is located in a square defined by Great Plain Avenue/Rte 135, Highland Avenue, Chapel Street, and the driveway in front of the town hall.
