Mausoleum for the James Wallace Paramore family. After serving in the Civil War as Colonel of 3rd Ohio Cavalry, James W. Paramore, became involved in railroads in the Nashville area. He then moved to St. Louis and started the St. Louis Cotton Compress Company, which became the largest company of its type in the United States. To expand this business he wanted to create a direct rail link between St. Louis and the cotton growing areas in Texas. To this end he was involved in Tyler Tap, a narrow gauge railroad with the intent to extend it for this link. This railroad became the Texas - St. Louis Railroad which he became president.

The mausoleum is the final resting place of several of his family members including Nellie Paramore, who was the wife of one of his sons. She was known as the "Belle of St. Louis". A play, called "Nellie of N'Orleans" was written about her life.

The mausoleum is constructed of rough stone and features a stained glass window and an iron gate across its front. The gate has dollar sign in it middle.
