After their service with the British Railway, these cars were acquired by a Canadian company before ownership went to the Boyne City Railroad for excursion service in the 1970s.
They eventually came under Detroit & Mackinac Railway ownership where they sat for around 25 years in the roundhouse in Tawas City until they were donated to the Standish Depot, which recently received a complete renovation.
