This fella' and his mate live high atop a light pole in the old Walmert parking lot in Punta Gorda,FL. They've been here for several years and last year had a batch of chicks. Although this is not a designated area, folks frequently stop by this public parking area to admire the beauty of the "Fish Hawks."
