About the pastor:
Dan Mund was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. The husband of Sharon and father of three married sons, he received his call to the ministry at the age of 29 after the completion of military service in the United States Air Force and academic work in mechanical engineering at Washington University in St. Louis.
Undergraduate work for the ministry was completed at Olivet Nazarene University in 1979 and ordination followed in 1981 while pastoring on the Northwest Ohio District.
He has served pastorates in Lakeview, Ohio; Fredericktown, Missouri; Defiance, Ohio; and is completing his tenth year at the Wright City Church of the Nazarene.
Dan also serves as the Chaplain of the Wright City Police Department-having five years tenure with the department. He is certified as a chaplain by the Church of the Nazarene and provides ride-along support as well as serving the personal needs of the officers.
This church has an active motorcycle group that supports "Roadriders for Jesus" and the members are very active in inviting other riders to attend the several services at this church aimed at this section of society.
