The Licht Judicial Complex is located on Main Street at College, just across the street from Memorial Park in downtown Providence, Rhode Island.

The Neo-Georgian style courthouse is the home of the state of Rhode Island Judiciary; its the home of the Supreme and Superior Courts. The clock tower is 216 feet tall.

Named after a former state governor, the building used to be known as the the Providence County Court House. It was renamed in 1986.
