The plaque reads as follows:

lived here 1919 - 1964.

Preservation
Society'

Sir Albert Richardson was born on the 19th May 1880 and died on the 3rd February 1964 at the age of 83. He began lecturing on architecture at the age of 18 and went on to work on Bracken House in London (the old Financial Times building) which was completed in 1958. He was knighted in 1956 after he had become President of the Royal Academy.
