The Wind Point Lighthouse was built in 1880. The brick building housing the fog horn was built in 1900. In 1964 the fog horn was decommissioned. In 2004, this building was turned into a Maritime Museum. It is located at Windridge Dr in Wind Point

This Maritime Museum is small but it is also free. It definitely worth a stop when you visit the lighthouse!
