International Plaza and Bay Street is a large upscale shopping mall located in the Westshore business district of Tampa, Florida. The mall, which opened in 2001, was built to give travelers an option to shop and dine in high-class surroundings, while at the same time be able to stay near Tampa International Airport (which borders the property). Recently, the Renaissance Hotel Tampa/International Plaza was opened on the premises.

Bay Street consists of upscale restaurants and lounges in an intimate sidewalk café setting. Restaurants include The Cheesecake Factory, The Capital Grille, Champps, The Grape, TooJays Gourmet Deli, and Earl of Sandwich. This open-air area becomes a nightspot after mall closing hours, with most of the aforementioned restaurants open late. In addition, Bar Louie and Blue Martini are popular nightclubs with the mid 20's professional crowd. [1]

The mall proper is anchored by the department stores Nordstrom, Dillard's, Robb & Stucky Interiors, Ballard Designs, and Neiman Marcus. Robb & Stucky Interiors, formerly a two-story department store, gave its second floor to Ballard Designs, allowing a fifth anchor to open. The mall opened with Lord & Taylor as an anchor but that store closed in 2004.

Other stores include Tiffany & Co., Sony Style, Z Gallerie, Bose, The Apple Store, Coach, Diesel, Oakley, Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister, RUEHL, Louis Vuitton, and LUSH Cosmetics.

Adjacent to mall itself are three corporate office towers; Corporate Center One, Two, Three, and Four. Center One was built in 1999, Center Two in 2001, and Center Three in 2004. There are currently plans to build Corporate Center Four, which will include 247,000 sq ft (22,900 m2) of office space. Construction began in Summer 2007 and is scheduled to be completed in Fall 2008. All of the corporate office properties at International Plaza are owned by Carter Property Management while the mall itself is owned by Taubman Centers Inc..

In February 2008, the mall announced plans to build a 2-story Crate & Barrel on the mall property, in a new, separate building with an adjacent Ocean Prime seafood restaurant. It will be the first in Tampa.

The mall is one mile (1.6 km) away from the WestShore Plaza shopping center.
