The neighborhood street plan was forged in the early XX century with the demolishment of several old residential "slum" buildings and the building of a wide avenue, and several intersecting streets. Initially called Viale del Re, and then changed to Viale Trastevere, it is fairly straight, and it intersects several other straight streets, one of which is at an acute angle.
Current use of the building.: residential
