This building is the San Jose city arena, now named the HP Pavilion, used as a sports arena and also as a performance venue. Indoors, around the main concourse, are neon signs relating to some of the events which are held there. There are several sports figures, but only one musical figure, this one with the guitar.
This is accessible to the public during arena events.
