This location presents 5 structures from the early 1800’s including a barn, storage houses and a home that the family lived in as they farmed the land. The family cemetery is located close to the home and is known as “Bowers Family Cemetery.” Henry Bowers, departed this life March 28, 1818, age 45y 8m 16d (His will probated April 1818 names wife, Nancy; sons, Levi, Joshua, Abraham, Laurance; daughter, Leah.) The property has not been developed or preserved and is decaying and aging.
Demolished 2017 - Removed from NRHP listing.
