Uncertain where this congregration relocated from, but a brand new facility was built and opened in 2008 located right across from the entrance to Sullivan South High and Rock Springs Elementary schools. I see that they renamed themselves from Kingsport First to Southview Community. The place is too new for the Google satellite image of the area, being a former grass field used for grazing.
The website link below is for the East Tennessee District list of their area churches, since no formal website for this congregation was found. Southview is the name for this unincorporated area just outside Kingsport city limits.
