This beautiful memorial is located in Simcoe Ontario on the south east corner Norfolk St. and Wilson Ave., just north of the downtown core. It was dedicated on the 17th of June 1925.
The carillon tower is 18.28 meters tall and 6.71 meters square. It is constructed with Hagersville limestone and trimmed with carved Indiana stone.
The carillon is the second one installed in Canada and consists of 23 bells weighing a total of 3883.20 kilograms. Performances are held evenings and weekends from May to December by the County Carillonneur and volunteers.
