The Clark Memorial Library, on the campus of Shawnee State Univerisiy in Portsmouth, Ohio, was dedicated to the memory of Clyde W. and Maycel M. Clark in 1997. Clyde Clark was CFO of OSCO Industries, a local business, from 1943-1962.
