The B&B Website tells us:
"Vitosha Guest Haus is the 3rd incarnation of Dr. Dean Meyer's historic home (1917), restored and refurbished by the Constantinovs a decade ago. Following the tenure of the Unitarians, who added two buildings to the complex, it now serves as a sophisticated lodging, retreat, cultural and conference venue, just minutes from Central Campus classrooms. For guests' amusement it features a Holtkamp pipe organ in the Hall, outer gardens with quince, grapes and English roses, and period furnishings - while maintaining a cyber savvy environment for scholars and business people. Lodging has been expanded to feature private baths in ten rooms, breakfast and wi-fi, with six fireplace rooms. Thirty-two (32) guest capacity."
