Bowmansdale Covered Bridge was built in 1867 by an unknown builder, relocated and named Stoner Covered Bridge in 1972, which was a gift of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob S. Stoner.
The Stoner/Bowmansdale Covered Bridge is burr truss constructed, 106 feet in length by 18 feet in width, and crosses the Yellow Breeches Creek.
