Long Description:
On sidewalk in front of the alleyway near 198 Water Street, not far from 1'St Street.
Partially cemented over, about 10% covered.
85 yards away is the only other Boundary Marker disk I've ever seen.
Well, that's not exactly true. There used to be another one about 300 yards NW of here, but when renovation of a supermarket happened they tore it up. I missed getting to take it away to return to the city or state by only 12 day.
